The planned maintenance module designed by FlexMaint, allows users to have total control over all aspects of planned maintenance. This carefully designed module comes complete with an option of a single instruction text, or multiple checklist tasks, each with their own report and a possibility of a Follow-Up task. You may choose to convert planned maintenance to work orders manually or automatically and upload specific documentation for each task. All relevant personnel can receive an automated email notification upon the generation of work orders, which greatly assists all members of your team with planning and workload management.
